Pictured above is your chapter president signing the contract with the Vietnam Combat Veterans LTD to bring the "Wall" back to Bennington next year in the commandants office with Earle Hollings looking on. When we did this in 1994, I also signed them in the commandants office and only felt that I should do it again in honor of them allowing us to place it on the Vets Home grounds.
